The Cabletiesnow.com return policy will apply under the conditions listed below:

1) In the case where a customer has ordered the incorrect parts from the website, please call 800-881-3399 ext. 117 or email sales@cabletiesnow.com for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of the receipt date of the order based on the UPS delivery receipt. An email will be sent with information for the return with a label and RMA# to include with the return. A refund for the parts returned will be issued plus a $15 restocking charge will be billed to the credit card once the parts are received at the cabletiesnow.com warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all freight charges incurred.

2) In the case where a customer has received incorrect or defective parts from cabletiesnow.com, please call 800-881-3399 ext. 117 or email sales@cabletiesnow.comm for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of the receipt date of the order based on the UPS delivery receipt. An email will be sent with information for the return with a label and RMA# to include with the return. A refund for parts returned will be issued and cabletiesnow.com will be responsible for the freight charge. In the case that the customer wishes to receive replacement parts, cabletiesnow.com will issue a replacement order immediately and rebill the new order upon shipment. In the case of incorrect or defective parts that are the fault of cabletiesnow.com, cabletiesnow.com shall be responsible for freight charges on the replacement order and will not bill the customer.

3) In the case where a customer decides to cancel an order after parts have been delivered, please call 800-881-3399 ext. 117 or email sales@cabletiesnow.com for a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of the receipt date of the order based on the UPS delivery receipt. An email will be sent with information for the return with a label and RMA# to include with the return. A refund for the parts returned will be issued plus a $15 restocking charge will be billed to the credit card once the parts are received at the cabletiesnow.com warehouse.
